Your Booking & Changes to your booking
Guests are required to notify us of any changes in circumstances as soon as they are able; this includes the time specified above for the cancellation policy.
Please ensure all contact information is correct at the time of booking as no change of invoice details can be made after the check out
Anyone cancelling a booking after the date of check in, will be subject to a charge covering a minimum of that evenings accommodation plus the following night, this is at the managers discretion at all times.
Cancellations charges will not be dropped or waived due to ANY personal or business reasons behind a cancellation that falls inside our 24 hour cancellation policy
The hotel reserves the right to charge for all cancellations regardless of reason or circumstance
We presume the person making the booking will pass this email onto the actual guest staying and we will make no further attempts to confirm this booking.
We are unable to “carry over” room dates in the case of a no show or cancellation, any confirmed dates of arrival/departure are not transferable inside our cancellation do not accept sickness, illness or any other health related issue or family emergency as valid reason for cancellation of a booking within the cancellation policy without charges being made. Cancellation applies to all absence and/or non attendance with less than adequate notice as requested bookings are made under the hotels terms and conditions at all times; any person wishing to discuss this further is welcome to contact the hotel direct
We do not allocate specific rooms; all room allocation is done by “room type” only as requested on booking
The manager reserves the right to terminate any and all bookings at any point during or prior the agreed arrival and departure dates stated above.
Please monitor all correspondence between the hotel and yourself as cancellation policies may alter for events or seasons.
All bookings remain “provisional” until a confirmation email has been sent to the email given
“Provisional rooms” may be allocated to other people without notice if not confirmed by email
All emails are tracked and traced and kept on file
All bookings made are subject to our cancellation policy from the minute this email is sent out, no exceptions will be made after the email has been sent regardless of the time elapsed.
Any bookings made online via our website are subject to the request of a valid credit or debit card including the expiry date and issue number if required
ALL online bookings are not confirmed until the email confirmation is received using the email address given at the time of booking.
All online bookings are allocated a room based on room style and availability NOT by request
Cancellations due to bad weather conditions or predicted bad weather will still fall under the cancellation policy stated in the box above without exception.
By supplying your email address you agree to have our email newsletter and offers sent to that email at varying times and dates from our Sales team
Any bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice due to bereavement or illness are not exempt from the cancellation policy at any time and are liable for all charges due at the time of cancellation.
We will require written proof that you or another responsible person has made a cancellation for reference 18623 by email outside our cancellation policy to waive any fee on or after departure.
We cannot waive cancellation fees without written proof of cancellation in relation to reference 18623 or indeed any other booking
Rates & Payment
All rates quoted are subject to annual review per calendar year and may be adjusted every 12 months
The hotel reserves the right to pre authorise the card supplied at the time of booking for up to 100% of the total rate quoted above, by giving your card details and accepting this email, you are also accepting this policy for pre authorisation regardless of any banking methods that your bank or building society may apply to this facility.
All charges are subject to VAT at the current rate
All prices are given in pounds sterling only
The person making the booking will be responsible for all terms and conditions laid out here on behalf of the peron(s) named as the guest above.
We only accept cheques that have a valid cheque guarantee card or company cheques
We do not accept foreign currency for any goods or services we offer at any time
Any guest wishing to pay by cash will be required to give a card on check in to guarantee their room for any extras or charges that may be required at check out time
Payment is required on departure unless otherwise previously arranged
Anyone leaving without settling their account will have the card supplied at the time of booking charged in full for all relevant charges on the account.
Any bookings without card details will be removed from the system without notice
Any bookings made with incorrect card details will be asked to supply another card for guarantee
All cards are checked for security reasons via online card checker software, by giving your card details you agree to this procedure being done to your card supplied at the time of booking or at check in.
The rate given at the time of booking is none changeable after you have confirmed your booking and received your confirmation email; all rates are subject to availability and change
Company Accounts
Company accounts are only available after an application form has been completed and returned to the hotel and a confirmation email has been issued relating to the rates and starting date of the account.
Late payment fees per month will be automatically applied to any overdue company accounts
We do not offer credit to non account holders for any reason
All pre arranged company credit facilities are subject to a 30 day net payment term only.
All accounts are subject to review every year in January.

Charges
All items on site belong to the hotel at all times and will be charged for in full if damaged or lost or missing, using the card supplied at the time of booking on or after the guests departure.
We reserve the right to charge for all items found lost or damaged in any room(s) by means of that person(s) card supplied on booking on or after their departure for the full retail value
All areas internal to the hotel are non smoking at all times and anyone found to be smoking may be charged
The charge for tainting a room by smoke is £100.00 and this will be automatically charged on or after the guest’s departure using the card given at the time of booking
We do not allocate specific rooms; all room allocation is done by “room type” only as requested on booking
All charges are added to your room account automatically
You may be asked to sign for any purchases you make
All Purchases are sold as seen and not refundable
Food & drink
We do not allow food or beverages on site that have been bought off site at any time
All food and drink purchased on site must be consumed on site
The bar area will close everyday at midnight at the latest without exception.
The hotel offers limited room service from 10.00 – 22.00 every day
We are able to supply specific requirements for food on request and with relevant notice
When booking an event you will be required to supply a deposit and a pre order for all groups over 6 people.
Weekday breakfast (Mon-Fri) is served from 07.00-09.30 and weekend (Sat & Sun) is served from 09.00 – 10.30
Breakfast will be served at weekend hours on any public and/or bank holiday
Privilege Card
Please note that booking reference 18623 will only be eligible for privilege discounts if you are already a member and have quoted your membership number on or before the date this booking was confirmed.
No discounts will be applied on or after Friday 09 September 2011 in relation to this booking.
Cards are only available for individuals not as part of a group
Discounts only available when a valid membership number is stated at the time of booking
Cards may only be used by the member named on the account
Cards can only be used against claiming food discounts from the current standard A La Carte menu
The card can only be used against a room when the current Rack Rate has been charged
The card has a redeemable cash value of £0.0000001p
No offers or discounts may be exchanged for cash or altered in any way
All offers and promotions are subject to change and availability at all times without exception
All cards remain hotel property and may be recalled at any time

The privilege card is not to be used for any other purpose than the purpose stated in the welcome pack and in our terms, any misuse may result in immediate termination of your membership and loss of all accrued points balances.
Policies and Procedures
All internal areas of the hotel are non smoking at all times without exception and you will be charged £100.00 if found to have caused damage too, or tainted a room or its contents with smoke or effects of a cigarette or cigar
All items belong to the hotel at all times, anything missing or damaged will be classed as purchased by the registered guest and will be charged for on or after their departure using the card supplied to guarantee the room
If you are paying cash you will still be required to give card details to guarantee the room, these details can be used on or after your departure to charge for any loss or damage
All cards are “Pre Authorised” prior to check in for at least 150% of the total current amount due, the hotel cannot be held responsible for any banking methods arising from this process
All cards may be Pre Authorised again at a later date if the original amount is exceeded
Force Majeure
This is any circumstances beyond the control of the hotel including, but not limited to acts of god, earthquake, terrorism, riot, and flood. If there is no option but to close the hotel and cancel any room bookings, both the hotel and the client will bear the respective losses and neither is responsible for the cancellation.
By reading this email you have accepted all the terms and conditions of the hotel in full
All confirmation emails are sent with a read receipt request to supply proof of receipt to you from the hotel in the case of any dispute or query.
The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms at any point without notice
If you do not understand or agree with any terms stated you must contact the hotel a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival
